Most items are made to order due to customization. Please allow 14-21 business days for items to ship. In most cases items are made well before the turnaround time but I allow myself a set number of days just in case of shipping delays, sickness or emergencies that may arise.

No refunds will be given unless there's an error on my end. I do not accept any returns. I will not cancel any orders for any reason if turn around will not be met in the time you needed your items but is within my turn around timeframe there will still be no refunds. Please ensure you order items ahead of time. This includes holiday themed items if you order a Christmas shirt 2 days before Christmas the turnaround is still 14/21 Business days and no refund will be given.
